Technology decisions your business cannot afford to get wrong.
Sazed makes the technology decisions a business cannot evaluate alone, and stays accountable for what happens next.
Who Sazed works with
Sazed works with businesses of any size that have outgrown their systems or face a technology decision they cannot evaluate themselves. Usually the decision sits with stakeholders, and nobody around them can give an independent view.
The situations vary: a system the business has outgrown, a vendor quote nobody can judge, a sale or investment where the technology affects the price, a claim that AI could take on work people do today, or a brand and website that no longer reflect the business.
What Sazed can bring
No two engagements are shaped the same way, because they start from different problems. What stays constant is the judgement to make the decision, carried through to whatever follows it: a system built, a partner brought in to run it, or nothing more than the decision itself, well made. A business draws on the parts its situation calls for.
Recent work
Engagements are described by industry, problem and outcome. Clients are named only when they have agreed to it in writing.
Legal technology
Turning legal research models into a product lawyers could use
A legal-tech business had the data science but no way to put it in front of lawyers. Sazed designed the cloud platform, led the build, and helped the business learn what its users wanted.

How engagements run
- One person is accountable for an engagement from the first call onward, whether the work stays advisory or grows to include a build and a managed service.
- Scope and price are agreed before work starts, and the price is set on the outcome, not the hours it takes. Where the work cannot be scoped yet, a short fixed-fee discovery comes first.
- The client hears what they need to hear. If a project is not viable, a technology choice is wrong, or the scope has to change, Sazed says so first.
- Every recommendation is documented and belongs to the client, whoever they choose to deliver it with.
- No lock-in. Systems are documented and handed over so the client, or their own IT provider, can run them without Sazed.
